Morning Warm up is 8 am for a 9 am start
Afternoon Warm up is 12 noon for a 1pm start
Swimmers will be able to access poolside at 7.35 am and spectators will be admitted from 7.45 am.

We would like to remind everyone that new Swim England Policy is for there to be no mobile phones in changing areas and we would appreciate it if you could remind your swimmers not to use mobiles in the changing rooms for any reason.
